For the quarter ended June'14, net sales were up by 4% to Rs 157.65 crore. OPM was down by 470 bps to 15.4% resulting a 20% fall in OP to Rs 24.31 crore. Other income was up by 55% to Rs 26.11 crore. Depreciation was up by 18% to Rs 4.75 crore. After providing total tax of Rs 7.25 crore, down by 28%, PAT for June'14 quarter was down by 20% YoY to Rs 14.11 crore.
Performance for the half year ended June'14
Net sales were up by 6% to Rs 312.71 crore. OPM was down by 370 bps to 16.5% resulting OP down by 14% to Rs 51.46 crore. Other income was up by 78% to Rs 3.80 crore. Depreciation was up by 18% to Rs 9.59 crore. After providing total tax of Rs 15.63 crore, down by 15% YoY, PAT for half year ended June'14 stood at Rs 30.04 crore, down by 15% YoY.
Performance for year ended Dec 2013
For year ended Dec'2013, the company reported net sales growth of 7% to Rs 601.75 crore. OPM was up by about 120 bps to 18.4%, resulting in almost 14% growth in OP to 110.85 crore. The other income was up by 176% to Rs 5.72 crore. The interest costs stood at Rs 7 lakh and depreciation was up by 7% to Rs 17.56 crore. After providing total tax of Rs 33.77 crore, up by about 26%, PAT was up by 17% and stood at Rs 65.17 crore for year ending Dec'13.
The promoter shareholding is around 55.57% and none of them are pledged.
