For the audited full year, net profit declined 79.93% to Rs 4.80 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 23.92 crore during the previous year ended March 2011. Sales declined 39.29% to Rs 49.30 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 81.20 crore during the previous year ended March 2011.
In the consolidated results, the company reported net profit of Rs 1.22 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 12.27 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011. Sales reported to Rs 19.33 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 37.16 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011.
In the consolidated full year results, the company reported net profit of Rs 13.70 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 23.91 crore during the previous year ended March 2011. Sales reported to Rs 81.61 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 81.20 crore during the previous year ended March 2011.
