Net profit of Parsvnath Developers declined 35.28% to Rs 19.48 crore in the quarter ended March 2011 as against Rs 30.10 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2010. Sales declined 40.72% to Rs 179.86 crore in the quarter ended March 2011 as against Rs 303.43 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2010.
For the audited full year,net profit declined 43.61% to Rs 75.48 crore as against Rs 133.85 crore during the previous year ended March 2010. Sales declined 7.42% to Rs 713.90 crore in the year ended March 2011 as against Rs 771.14 crore during the previous year ended March 2010.
In the consolidated results, the company reported net profit after minority interest of Rs 28.09 crore in the quarter ended March 2011 as against Rs 34.72 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2010. Sales reported to Rs 234.76 crore in the quarter ended March 2011 as against Rs 354.89 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2010.
In the consolidated full year results, the company reported net profit after minority interest of Rs 141.06 crore as against Rs 134.86 crore during the previous year ended March 2010. Sales reported to Rs 902.92 crore in the year ended March 2011 as against Rs 940.73 crore during the previous year ended March 2010.
