For the audited full year, net profit declined 77.25% to Rs 0.53 crore in the year ended March 2011 as against Rs 2.33 crore during the previous year ended March 2010. Sales declined 2.34% to Rs 144.90 crore in the year ended March 2011 as against Rs 148.37 crore during the previous year ended March 2010.

The company published the audited financial results on 20 August 2011.
