Net profit of BSEL Infrastructure Realty declined 19.52% to Rs 8.04 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 9.99 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006. Sales declined 51.49% to Rs 11.86 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 24.45 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006.

For the full year, net profit rose 174.27% to Rs 60.34 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 22.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2006. Sales rose 70.65% to Rs 78.43 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 45.96 crore during the previous year ended March 2006.
