Net profit of Sangam (India) declined 47.17% to Rs 7.65 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 14.48 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006. Sales rose 51.39% to Rs 163.34 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 107.89 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006.

For the full year, net profit rose 9.08% to Rs 27.02 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 24.77 crore during the previous year ended March 2006. Sales rose 59.28% to Rs 552.36 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 346.78 crore during the previous year ended March 2006.
