Net profit of Sharat Industries rose 39.39% to Rs 0.46 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 0.33 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006. Sales rose 43.23% to Rs 4.34 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 3.03 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006.

For the full year, net profit rose 2.03% to Rs 1.51 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 1.48 crore during the previous year ended March 2006. Sales declined 6.19% to Rs 20.45 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 21.80 crore during the previous year ended March 2006.
