Nesco Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 0.67 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2006 (Q4 FY 05-06) as compared to a net profit of Rs 3.10 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. Total income (net of excise) has decreased to Rs 15.58 crore for Q4 FY 05-06 from Rs 9.88 crore in Q4 FY 04-05.

The company has posted a net profit of Rs 9.89 crore for the year ended March 31, 2006 (FY 05-06). Total income (net of excise) stands at Rs 45.40 crore for FY 05-06.

The board of directors has recommended a dividend of 12% for year ended March 31, 2006.
