The issue opened for bidding on Wednesday (26 June 2024) and it will close on Friday (28 June 2024). The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 95 to 100 per equity share. The minimum order quantity is 1,200 equity shares. The equity shares will list on NSE’s SME platform.

The IPO comprises fresh issue of 22,08,000 equity shares. About 1,10,400 equity shares will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue. The net issue comprises of 20,97,600 equity shares. The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.73% and 25.39% respectively of the post offer paid up equity share capital of the company.

The company intends to utilize the net proceeds to meet the working capital requirements, payment of liability raised against outstanding payment of consideration for professional services and training division business acquired from JK technosoft and for general corporate purpose.

Ahead of the IPO, Diensten Tech on Tuesday, 25 June 2024, raised Rs 6.27 crore from anchor investors. The board allotted 6.27 lakh shares at Rs 100 per share to 2 anchor investor.

The company recorded revenue from operations of Rs 26.08 crore and net loss of Rs 1.71 crore for the nine month ended on 31 December 2023.
