The initial public offer (IPO) of Bondada Engineering received bids for 60,74,99,000 shares as against 56,96,000 shares on offer. The issue was subscribed 106.65 times.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) category received bids for 27,05,47,000 shares. The Non Institutional Investors (NIIs) category received bids for 31,24,91,000 shares. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) category received bids for 2,44,61,000 shares.

The issue opened for bidding on 18 August 2023 and it closed on 22 August 2023). The price of the IPO was fixed at Rs 75 per share. The equity shares will be listed on the SME Platform of BSE.

The IPO comprised fresh issue of 56,96,000 shares. The promoter and promoter group shareholding diluted to 63.33% from 100% pre-IPO.

The company intends to utilize the net proceeds for funding long-term working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.

Bond has installed over 11,600 telecom towers and poles to date. It also provides O&M services to solar energy customers, including testing, cleaning, repair, and inspection of solar panels.

The company recorded a revenue from operations of Rs 370.58 crore and net profit of Rs 18.25 crore in the year ended as on 31 March 2023.
