Anant Raj Industries expects to complet the IT Park at Manesar (in Haryana) by Sep '08. The project is at an advanced stage and would be completed by Sep '08. The company has also undertaken to develop a project of IT Park at RAI, Sonepat, Haryana with the total estimated cost of Rs 1000 Crore, first phase of the project would be completed by January 2009.

The company's Hospitality project under the name "ROMANO RETREAT" New Delhi would be operational by July 2008. And the other project named "ROMENO EXOTICA" New Delhi would be operational by September 2008. These projects will be managed by Altken Spence Hotels Holdings, a reputed international hotel chain.
