In accordance with the Scheme, Equity Shareholders of Transferor Company are entitled to receive Equity Shares of the Transferee Company in the ratio of 2:5 i.e., 2 (two) fully paid up equity shares of Rs.10/- each of the Transferee Company in lieu of every 5 (five) fully paid up equity shares of 10/- each held by them in Transferor Company.
