Shivalik Rasayan fixes record date for stock split and bonus issue
Record date is 20 April 2018
Shivalik Rasayan has fixed 20 April 2018 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of post-split of face value of the shares from Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 5/- each and also issue and allotment of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:4 (i.e. one equity share for every four equity shares held) to the shareholders of the Company whose name appears in the list of shareholders as on Record Date.
