• For the quarter ended March 2007, ROHL reported 27% growth in operating revenues to Rs 33.89 crore. Operating margins improved 10bps to 44.9%. Net profit for the quarter grew 27% to Rs 10.46 crore.

• For the year ended March 2007, ROHL reported 36% growth in operating revenues to Rs 113.70 crore. Operating margins dipped 200bps to 41.1%. Net profit for the year grew 53% to Rs 35.26 crore.

• For FY07, ARRs grew 19% to Rs 6300 with occupancies at 70%.

• ROHL commissioned its Jaipur property in February 2007. Going forward, the 120 rooms Pune property would be commissioned by October 2007 and 75 rooms Hyderabad property would be commissioned in December 2007. Both would be 4 star hotels. Also the company would add 100 rooms at Royal Orchid Resort in FY08.

• The company has entered the service apartments segment with property in Pune to run 70 room service apartments, which is operational.

• The company has formed 100% subsidiary for the budget hotels business. ROHL has on lease of Rs 16 lakh per month 70 rooms property in Hyderabad, which has become operational from end June 2007. Also there is 30 rooms property in Bangalore on lease, which would be operational in July-August 2007.

• ROHL has also tied up with Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) for 11 properties, which would include both construct and operate and management contracts.

• ROHL has plans to set up 5 star properties in Mumbai, Bangalore, Noida, Jaipur and 2 other locations. The 160 rooms Jaipur and Mumbai property would be operational in FY09. In FY10, 200 rooms Delhi property would be operational. The process is underway to acquire land for the properties.

• The company has tied up with Ramada Hotels to set up and manage properties in India. 2-3 properties with 300 rooms would come up by 2008-09.

• The company has debt of Rs 20 crore as of March 31, 2007.

• Currently, international business constitutes about 20-30% of the revenues, which would increase to 40% going forward.

• For FY08, revenues are expected to grow at 50% with operating margins at about 40% and bottomline growth will be maintained.
