Area booked increased by 27% to 2.80 lakh sft (lsft) compared to sequential previous quarter ended March 2018 booking of 2.21 lsft and whopping 85% increase over 1.51 lsft booked in corresponding quarter of previous year.
Area constructed in Q1FY19 was lower at 1.63 lsft, a fall of 13% from 1.87 lsft in Q4FY18 and 2.40 lsft in Q1FY18. Construction has been generally as per the committed timelines of the company.
In Chennai and Gurgaon market the company have active project and is in negotiation for land for future project in both Chennai and Gurgaon markets. The company has enough land bank at Bhiwadi and Jaipur. The company will launch a project in Pune in next fiscal on the land parcel it have.
