The stock hit a high of Rs 205.20 and a low of Rs 197.15 so far during the day. The stock had hit a 52-week low of Rs 161 on 25 August 2015. The stock had hit a record high of Rs 287.25 on 19 January 2015.
The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till 14 December 2015, falling 5.93% compared with 1.8% fall in the Sensex. The scrip, however, outperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 12.07% as against Sensex's 2.73% decline.
The small-cap company has equity capital of Rs 53.85 crore. Face value per share is Rs 10.
GIC Housing Finance's net profit rose 15.3% to Rs 29.79 crore on 20.6% growth in total income to Rs 215.55 crore in Q2 September 2015 over Q2 September 2014.
