The company declared its results after market hours on Friday, 15 July 2011.

Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex was down 4.23 points, or 0.02%, to 18,557.69.

On BSE, 8,450 shares were traded in the counter as against an average daily volume of 9,136 shares in the past one quarter.

The stock hit a high of Rs 74.15 and a low of Rs 70.75 so far during the day.

The company has equity capital of Rs 15.86 crore. Face value per share is Rs 10.

The company manufactures sheet metal components, welded assemblies and modules for automobiles. The product range includes body-in-white (BIW) structural panels, skin panels, fuel tanks, oil sumps & suspension parts, mainly for passenger and commercial vehicles.
