Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex was down 75.34 points, or 0.42%, to 18,045.32.
On BSE, 2.73 lakh shares were traded in the counter as against an average daily volume of 3.27 lakh shares in the past one quarter.
The stock hit a high of Rs 67.70 so far during the day, which is also 52-week high for the counter. The stock hit a low of Rs 64 so far during the day. The stock had hit a 52-week low of Rs 42.30 on 9 February 2011.
The stock had outperformed the market over the past one month until 15 June 2011, gaining 3.99% compared with the Sensex's 2.15% fall. The scrip had also outperformed the market in past one quarter, rising 9.78% as against 0.19% decline in the Sensex.
The mid-cap polymer products maker has an equity capital of Rs 20.92 crore. Face value per share is Re 1.
On Wednesday, 15 June 2011, foreign fund -- Capital World Growth and Income Fund Inc bought 15.39 lakh shares, or 0.74% equity of Time Technoplast on NSE and 15 lakh shares, or 0.72% equity on BSE. Both the deals were struck at Rs 63.50 per share.
On a consolidated basis, Time Technoplast's net profit rose 8.2% to Rs 25.85 crore on 24% increase in net sales to Rs 379.46 crore in Q4 March 2011 over Q4 March 2010.
