The proposal was made by railway minister Mamta Banerjee in the Railway Budget tabled in the parliament during market hours today, 25 February 2011.
Titagarh Wagons (fell 6.11% to Rs 358.35) and Texmaco (fell 2.45% to Rs 39.75), declined.
Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex was up 164.29 points or 0.93% at 17,796.70.
Titagarh Wagons has lost 16.08% in four consecutive days. Texmaco has lost 8.09% in three trading sessions
