Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex was down 243.87 points, or 1.32%, to 18,205.44.

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till 3 February 2011, falling 16.95% compared with the Sensex's 10.27% decline. The scrip had also underperformed the market in past one quarter, sliding 25.79% as against 9.85% decline in the Sensex.
