The stock hit a high of Rs 322.70 and a low of Rs 307 so far during the day. The stock had hit a record high of Rs 324.85 on Tuesday, 24 August 2010, ahead of the announcement. The stock had hit a 52-week low of Rs 71.19 on 25 August 2009.
On a consolidated basis, Aegis Logistics' net profit fell 4.7% to Rs 8.67 crore on 66.5% increase in net sales to Rs 114.31 crore in Q1 June 2010 over Q1 June 2009.
