The stock hit a high of Rs 121.25 and a low of Rs 118.05 so far during the day. The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 163.90 on 20 October 2009 and a 52-week low of Rs 98.50 on 7 June 2010.
The mid-cap stock underperformed the market over the past one month till 5 August 2010, rising 1.06% as compared to the Sensex's 4.19% rise. It also underperformed the market in past one quarter, falling 2.53% as against 6.35% rise in the Sensex.
The company's current equity is Rs 59.02 crore. Face value per share is Rs 2.
During the quarter ended June 2010, majority of company's revenue came in from a new residential project Kapashera, which negatively impacted operating profit margins. Historically, Anant Raj Industries' revenue has been driven by land/floor space index (FSI) sale and rental income, where operating margins are huge in the 85-95% range.
