NRB Bearings' net profit jumped 269.4% to Rs 9.31 crore on 56.2% surge in net sales to Rs 101.80 crore in Q4 March 2010 over Q4 March 2009. Net profit soared 473% to Rs 24.41 crore on 20.2% rise in net sales to Rs 346.61 crore in the year ended March 2010 over the year ended March 2009. The company declared its results after market hours on Monday, 24 May 2010.

At the time of announcing the results, the board of directors of the company declared a dividend of Rs 2 per share for the year ended March 2010.
