Finolex Cables reported net profit of Rs 57.62 crore in the year ended March 2010 compared to net loss of Rs 35.49 crore in the year ended March 2009. Net sales rose 20.7% to Rs 1589.21 crore in the year ended March 2010 over the year ended March 2009.
At the time of announcing the results, the board of directors of the company recommended a dividend at the rate of 60 paise per share (30%) for the year ended March 2010.
