Ramco Systems spurts on inking deal with BDO India
Ramco Systems surged 4.72% to Rs 327.05 after the company signed a partnership deal with BDO India to enhance and elevate payroll experience for businesses.
Ramco Systems, a payroll solution provider, has partnered with BDO India, a professional services organization. In this collaboration, Ramco will serve as the technology platform provider, while BDO India will be the payroll & managed services provider. This partnership aims to revolutionize the outsourced payroll experience by combining advanced technology, payroll computation & advisory, with a strong focus on security and data privacy. The aim is to offer scalable solutions for managing global payrolls, providing organizations with a unified view and control hub for all country payrolls.

The platform will have certified connectors with global Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, aiming to reduce implementation time and ensure seamless connectivity.

BDO India's managing partner, Nilind Kothari, expressed the necessity for expert-designed frameworks to address evolving global market demands. The partnership with Ramco is aimed at simplifying and streamlining payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely compliance, and enhancing productivity and efficiency in today's business landscape. This collaboration aims to offer integrated payroll services for MNCs globally, leveraging Ramco's innovations and BDO's advisory and security expertise.

Ramco Systems' CEO, Sundar Subramanian, highlighted the partnership's dedication to delivering cutting-edge technology and associated services, offering an integrated payroll service for their global clientele. The focus is on extending their joint global payroll transformation efforts to the entire market.

On a consolidated basis, Ramco Systems reported net loss of Rs 145.81 crore in Q2 September 2023 as against net loss of Rs 60.32 crore in Q2 September 2022. Net sales rose 6.95% YoY to Rs 126.83 crore in Q2 September 2023.
