HDFC Bank Ltd lost 5% today to trade at Rs 1595. The S&P BSE Financial Services index is down 2.34% to quote at 10318.04. The index is down 1.26 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Indian Energy Exchange Ltd decreased 4.02% and HDFC Asset Management Company Ltd lost 2.64% on the day. The S&P BSE Financial Services index went up 17.36 % over last one year compared to the 19.38% surge in benchmark SENSEX.

HDFC Bank Ltd has lost 3.68% over last one month compared to 1.26% fall in S&P BSE Financial Services index and 1.53% rise in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 2.42 lakh shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 5.93 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 1757.8 on 03 Jul 2023. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 1460.55 on 26 Oct 2023.
