The company's board authorized and declared the opening of the issue on Friday, 12 January 2024.
The floor price of Rs 443.56 is at a discount of 5.03% to the previous day's closing price of Rs 467.05 on the BSE.
The company may offer a discount of not more than 5% on the floor price so calculated for the issue.
The firm has also informed that a meeting of the committee is scheduled to be held on Monday, 17 January 2024 to consider and approve the issue price of the equity shares.
The company’s consolidated net profit zoomed 10.4% to Rs 18.37 crore in Q2 FY24 as compared with Rs 16.64 crore in Q2 FY23. However, net sales tumbled 64.64%YoY to Rs 96.30 crore in Q2 FY24.
