Suzlon Energy Ltd rose 4.29% today to trade at Rs 23.34. The S&P BSE Capital Goods index is up 0.55% to quote at 44233.27. The index is up 1.75 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Bharat Electronics Ltd increased 2.25% and Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd added 1.57% on the day. The S&P BSE Capital Goods index went up 38.49 % over last one year compared to the 10.32% surge in benchmark SENSEX.

Suzlon Energy Ltd has added 29.16% over last one month compared to 1.75% gain in S&P BSE Capital Goods index and 1.89% drop in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 6.32 lakh shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 395.48 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 23.34 on 28 Aug 2023. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 6.6 on 13 Oct 2022.
