Suzlon Energy Ltd rose 3.26% today to trade at Rs 20.3. The S&P BSE Capital Goods index is up 0.71% to quote at 42704.56. The index is up 8.18 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, GMR Airports Infrastructure Ltd increased 2.13% and Schaeffler India Ltd added 1.05% on the day. The S&P BSE Capital Goods index went up 47.21 % over last one year compared to the 18.99% surge in benchmark SENSEX.

Suzlon Energy Ltd has added 46.36% over last one month compared to 8.18% gain in S&P BSE Capital Goods index and 5.94% rise in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 70.3 lakh shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 426.19 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 20.6 on 24 Jul 2023. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 5.43 on 28 Jul 2022.
