State Bank of India dropped for a fifth straight session today. The stock is quoting at Rs 558, down 0.88% on the day as on 13:19 IST on the NSE. The benchmark NIFTY is down around 0.28% on the day, quoting at 18718.85. The Sensex is at 63145.4, down 0.15%.State Bank of India has eased around 4.24% in last one month.Meanwhile, index of which State Bank of India is a constituent, has increased around 0.19% in last one month and is currently quoting at 43724.85, up 0.08% on the day. The volume in the stock stood at 70.6 lakh shares today, compared to the daily average of 149.4 lakh shares in last one month.

The benchmark June futures contract for the stock is quoting at Rs 558.25, down 1.12% on the day. State Bank of India jumped 22.84% in last one year as compared to a 19.23% rally in NIFTY and a 30.13% spurt in the index.

The PE of the stock is 10 based on TTM earnings ending March 23.
