Revenue from operations in Q4 FY23 was at Rs 347.75 crore, down 1.3% from Rs 352.34 crore posted in Q4 FY22.

Profit before tax tumbled 47.68% year on year to Rs 29.91 crore in the quarter ended 31 March 2023.

Total expenses rose 7.77% YoY to Rs 318.42 crore in Q4 FY23. Cost of materials consumed was at Rs 187.93 crore (down 10.66% YoY) while employee benefits expense stood at Rs 138.81 crore (down 30.57% YoY) during the period under review.

On full year basis, the company's net profit rose 7.9% to Rs 117.12 crore on 24.29% jump in revenue to Rs 1484.25 crore in FY23 over FY22.

Meanwhile, the firm's board has approved the appointment of Sanjay Chhabra as the chief financial officer and key managerial personnel of the company, effective from 1 June 2023.

Further, the company stated that Raman Chawla, on his request will be relieved early, from the position of chief financial officer of the company and therefore he shall hold the said position till the closing of business hours of 31 May 2023.

The footwear manufacturer said that Piyush Singh has been elevated from chief strategy officer to chief operating officer.
