Among the other constituents of the index, Steel Authority of India Ltd decreased 1.22% and Hindalco Industries Ltd lost 0.86% on the day. The S&P BSE Metal index went down 18.21 % over last one year compared to the 0.01% fall in benchmark SENSEX.
