Profit before tax in Q4 FY22 stood at Rs 22.26 crore, up by 7.9% from Rs 20.64 crore in Q4 FY21.

The company recorded 33.2% increase in net profit to Rs 71.94 crore on a 52.7% rise in revenue from operations to Rs 520.13 crore in FY22 over FY21.

The board of Ami Organics has recommended a final dividend of Rs 3 per share for the FY 2021-22. The record date for the final dividend shall be intimated in due course of time, the company said.
