DLF Ltd rose 1.6% today to trade at Rs 405.9. The S&P BSE Realty Index index is up 0.48% to quote at 3950.15. The index is up 2.3 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Brigade Enterprises Ltd increased 1.5% and Sobha Ltd added 1.22% on the day. The S&P BSE Realty Index index went up 48.36 % over last one year compared to the 18.24% surge in benchmark SENSEX.

DLF Ltd has added 2.95% over last one month compared to 2.3% gain in S&P BSE Realty Index index and 0.72% drop in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 16701 shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 3.03 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 449.8 on 18 Oct 2021. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 231.95 on 22 Apr 2021.
