Vodafone Idea Ltd rose 10.98% today to trade at Rs 4.65. The S&P BSE Telecom index is up 1.23% to quote at 1249.93. The index is up 3.6 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Tejas Networks Ltd increased 8.36% and Sterlite Technologies Ltd added 5.23% on the day. The S&P BSE Telecom index went up 26.1 % over last one year compared to the 15.37% surge in benchmark SENSEX.

Vodafone Idea Ltd has lost 21.45% over last one month compared to 3.6% gain in S&P BSE Telecom index and 0.17% drop in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 124.89 lakh shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 504.33 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 21.32 on 13 Mar 2019. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 2.61 on 15 Nov 2019.
