Hinduja Ventures acquires 10.32 lakh equity shares of Hinduja Leyland Finance
On rights basis
Hinduja Ventures announced that subscription to 10,32,606 equity shares offered to the Company by Hinduja Leyland Finance ('HLFL') on rights basis and 289 equity shares renounced in favour of the Company at a price of Rs. 110/- per share (including premium of Rs. 100/- per share) has been completed and 10,32,895 equity shares of HLFL has been allotted to the Company.
