Board of Hinduja Ventures approves scheme of amalgamation
At meeting held on 19 January 2018
Hinduja Ventures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 January 2018 have approved the Scheme of Amalgamation between Grant Investrade, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company ('Transferor Company') and the Company, namely, Hinduja Ventures ('Transferee Company').
The appointed date for the aforesaid Scheme is fixed as 01 October 2017.
