Dolat Investments announced that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 04 December 2017 approved the following -
1. pursue NBFC business subject to approval of RBI and shareholders of the Company.
2. Amending Object clause subject to approval of shareholders through postal ballot
3. Recommended the adoption of new Articles of Association of the Company subject to approval of shareholders through postal ballot
4. Appointment of Neha P. Shah (DIN: 05262280) as additional director (Non-Executive - Non Independent Director)
5. Noted resignation of Harsha H. Shah (Non-Executive - Non Independent Director) (being part of Promoter group)
