Narayana Hrudayalaya announces proposed change in shareholding of Health City Cayman Islands
Health City Cayman Islands to buyback 71.4% stake held by Ascension Health Ventures
Narayana Hrudayalaya through its wholly owned subsidiary, Narayana Cayman Holdings holds 28.6% stake in Health City Cayman Islands. Health City Cayman Islands proposes to buyback its 71.4% outstanding shares held by Ascension Health Ventures LLC, USA for USD 32.26 million and thereby increasing Narayana Hrudalaya's effective stake to 100% in Health City Cayman Islands.
