Board of Kaya approves investment of up to Rs 51 crore in subsidiary
At meeting held on 23 October 2017
The Board of Kaya at its meeting held on 23 October 2017 has approved an investment of an amount not exceeding Rs 51 crore in KME Holdings, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in Singapore for buyout of minority stake in Kaya Middle East FZC, subsidiary of KMEH situated in UAE.
