India Cements announced that CARE has revised the ratings assigned to the Company's facilities as under -

Long term bank facilities - CARE A; Stable (Revised from CARE A-; Stable)
Short term bank facilities - CARE A1 (Reaffirmed)
Commercial paper - CARE A1 (Reaffirmed)
Non convertible debentures - CARE A; Stable (Revised from CARE A-; Stable)
