Taken note of order passed by NCLT approving amalgamation of Pheonix Lamps with Suprajit Engineering.

Approved the allotment of 4 equity shares of Re 1 each in Suprajit Engineering for every 5 equity shares of Rs 10 each held by the minority shareholders of Pheonix Lamps as on record date of 13 September 2017. The said minority shareholders will also be eligible to receive dividend which were declared and paid by Suprajit Engineering, in terms of the scheme of amalgamation.
