The Board of Dhanvarsha Finvest at its meeting held on 07 August 2017 transacted the following -
1.To drop the proposed resolution for shifting of registered office from the State of Gujarat to the State of Maharashtra.
2. To open Corporate Office in the city of Mumbai in the State of Maharashtra at below given address:
