Board of Viji Finance recommends bonus issue in ratio of 1:10
At meeting held on 10 June 2017
Viji Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 June 2016, inter alia, has recommend issue of Bonus Shares in ratio of 1:10 i.e. 1 (One) bonus equity share having face value of Rs. 1/- each for every 10 (Ten) existing Fully paid up equity share having face value of Rs. 1/- each, to the shareholder of the Company who held shares as on the Record Date, subject to the Approval of member in the ensuing 23rd Annual general Meeting of the Company.
