- Amit Chandra, an Independent Director of the Company has resigned from his Directorship with effect from 22 September 2016, owing to his other pressing commitments.

- The Board of Directors place on record their sincere appreciation of Chandra's valuable association and the significant contribution made by him to the Company as a Director and Committee member during his tenure.
