1. Consider and approve notice of the 7th Annual General Meeting to be held on 13 August 2016.

2. Pass resolution to enhance the borrowing limits of the Board of the Directors of the Company upto Rs.40.00 crore subject to approval of members in upcoming AGM.

3. Pass resolution to mortgage/create mortgage on the movable/immovable assets of the Company to secure borrowing up to limit of Rs. 40.00 crore subject to approval of members in upcoming AGM.
