Action Construction Equipment announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 June 2016, inter alia, has considered and approved the following business:
- Board decided to issue & allot 1,83,83,000 equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each, fully paid-up in place of 1,84,90,500 No of equity shares of Rs. 2/- each in order to comply with the condition that equity shareholding of the members in the Company is increased only up to five percent of the post issue paid up equity share capital in the Company.
