Board of Vindhya Telelinks recommends final dividend
Of Rs 6 per share
Vindhya Telelinks announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 May 2016, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 6 per equity Share (i.e. 60%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
