Dhabriya Polywood gets sharholders approval for preferential issue of shares
At EGM held on 24 March 2016
Dhabriya Polywood announced that shareholders at EGM held on 24 March 2016 approved the issue and allotment of 3,30,150 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each on preferential basis on non-cash basis by issuing 3,30,150 equity shares of Rs 10 each against 46500 equity shares of Rs 10 each of Polywood Profiles held by proposed allottees Anita Dhabriya and Atual Kumar Jain, at an issue price of Rs 50 to the Promoter and Non-Promoter.
