Godrej Industries gets High Court approval for scheme of amaglamation
On 26 February 2016
Godrej Industries announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay on 26 February 2016 has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of GIL Vikhroli Real Estate with Godrej Properties and their respective shareholders. The authenticated copy of the final order as uploaded on the website of Bombay High Court on 02 March 2016.
